A single-car accident in Clay County occurred at 8:38 p.m. Friday night, entrapping one person in the car. Wanda Staultz and John Burger, ages 46 and 30, were westbound on CR 250 when they ran off the road on the right side, hitting part of a bridge. Burger, the car's passenger, had to be removed from the vehicle. The report says that a witness saw Staultz, the car's driver, exceeding the speed limit prior to the wreck...
