Alene M. Haviland, 91, Clay City, passed away at Sullivan County Hospital, March 18, 2011, with her family by her side. She was born in Jasonville, on her family's dairy farm, Sept. 14, 1919, the daughter of Earl and Orlena (Hurst) Rich. Alene graduated from Midland School.
