Street paving postponed

A street paving project in Brazil has been put on hold. According to Brazil Park Board member Linda Messmer, the street paving at Forest Park, scheduled to begin Tuesday, has been postponed. Messmer said she was informed recently the temperature would be too low for the paving to commence this week...
