High-speed pursuit Wednesday evening ends without injuries

A stop for traffic violations led to a high-speed pursuit last night throughout Clay County and ended in Putnam County. According to the Clay County Sheriff’s Department, a deputy attempted to stop a vehicle when the car sped away. Various departments were involved in the pursuit over several miles.
