Carl Archer, Jr., 95, passed away Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute. He was born in Rosedale on August 19, 1925 to the late Carl and Grace Archer. Carl graduated from Rosedale High School and served his country in the United States Navy and Army. He then went to work for the civil service and was based at the Rock Island Arsenal in Illinois.
