Dietz Delight

The nice weather helped draw a large crowd to Dietz Lake to celebrate the carnival. Held at the beach at Dietz Recreational Park, families could swim, play in the bounce houses, play the carnival games, or enjoy the cafe.

Fears over Senior Center's future

Although the Clay County Senior Center has held more events in recent years, there is fear that the doors might have to close. The Center is in financial distress, partially due to the United Way cutting $20,000 in funding.
