A rear-end collision on I-70 sends one to hospital

Indiana State Police worked a Friday afternoon traffic accident on Interstate 70 that injured a Brazil resident. According to the ISP, Quentin J. Pundt, 46, Brazil, was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. TOP STORY OF THE DAY - A successful ham & bean dinner

With the cooler fall temperature over the weekend, it was perfect weather for the Clay County Senior Center's ham and bean dinner. The ham and bean fundraiser, which also offered chili, was to help raise funds to keep the Senior Center open. Volunteers helped serve bowls and refills to hungry supporters. The event also offered 50/50 drawings, raffles, a silent auction, live music, and desserts available for purchase...
